There are detailed instructions for the Nokia 9300 and 9500 at http://ictrnid.org.uk/tbti9300.html. The installation for other phones should be quite similar. The first installation in the above list, will also create a configuration tool which you will not need unless you have problems registering the installation by SMS.

You should follow the installation process through and start the program. You will need to agree to allow Internet access to the program and to allow the program to send ONE SMS, the first time it runs. You should then leave the program running for 10 minutes or until it says "Ready". If there is a problem sending or receiving the registration SMS and you are using the first install file in the list then you can send an SMS to +447786202820 with the word ictteam at the start. You will receive a reply with your phone number and a password separated by the letter "x"; enter the phone number and password into the configuration program and then start TalkByText mobile edition again it should connect and say "Ready"

You must have INTERNET access enabled on your phone NOT WAP. We do not charge for this service, but your mobile operator will charge you for Internet data and for the SMS sent the first time the program runs.
