As a follow-up of the TV for All Conference of Seville on 13-14 June 2002, CENELEC received the mission to create a "TV for All report" in order to guide the Industry and the Citizen. This report (link opens in a new window) achieved by Gerry Stallard for CENELEC was finally accepted by the participants of the Open Forum in December 2003 and has been published.
The final report contains recommendations to be considered by EC, Manufacturers, Broadcasters and service providers.
